Job summary

You will verify civil service rules and write test oracles for key initiatives supporting a state government client. You will extract business rules from legacy source code and documentation, trace each rule to its origin, and build expected-result sets from production output that show the new system behaves correctly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in business analysis including business rule extraction.
• Ability to read legacy source code (SQL/PL-SQL or similar).
• Experience extracting rules from legacy docs with traceability.
• Experience building expected-result sets from production output.
• Maintaining a requirements traceability matrix.

Responsibilities

• Verify civil service rules governing titles, eligibility and personnel actions.
