Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in business analysis or requirements engineering.
• Experience in HR process analysis and workflow/form specification.
• Experience facilitating SME sessions.
• Proven ability to write build-ready specifications with acceptance criteria and traceability.
• Experience maintaining a requirements traceability matrix across large sets.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Excel or similar tools.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR process analysis across recruitment, position management, onboarding and personnel actions.
• Document future-state workflows and identify automation opportunities.
• Facilitate SME sessions and manage agendas, questions, and follow-ups.
• Create build-ready specifications for workflows, forms, validations, routing and approvals.
• Define and maintain acceptance criteria and version-controlled specifications.
• Maintain requirements traceability from source to test and delivery.
