Matlen Silver is seeking a seasoned Release Train Engineer (RTE) / Scrum Master to support an ongoing initiative within a Sales & Research Technology organization focused on Equities and Fixed Income. The role blends Scrum facilitation with cross-team delivery, aligning multiple Agile teams and stakeholders to optimize delivery across front-office technology platforms.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Lead, RTE, or Agile Delivery professional.
• Experience operating in both Scrum Master and Release Train Engineer roles.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, ceremonies, and scaling methodologies.
• Hands-on experience using JIRA for backlog management, reporting, dependency tracking, and Agile metrics.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple Agile teams and managing cross-team dependencies.
• General understanding of Equities and Fixed Income products, workflows, or technology environments.
• Experience supporting front-office, sales, trading, research, or capital markets technology teams.

Responsabilités

• Serve in a 50% Scrum Master / 50% Release Train Engineer capacity.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and program increment activities.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple teams, managing dependencies, risks, impediments, and execution timelines.
• Partner with technology leaders, product owners, business stakeholders, and development teams.
• Drive Agile best practices and improve team maturity and delivery processes.
• Track work, metrics, risks, and milestones using JIRA and Agile reporting tools.
• Support planning and execution within a fast-paced front-office technology environment.
• Provide transparency into program status, delivery progress, and cross-team coordination.
