Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience coordinating and executing B2B trade shows, customer events or industry conferences.
• Experience turning event activity and product stories into LinkedIn content for a technical audience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and execution of industry trade shows, conferences, customer events, roadshows and regional programs.
• Build event workback schedules, checklists, budgets and deliverables.
• Manage event logistics including booth needs, vendor coordination, shipping and materials.
• Coordinate with sales, product teams and agencies to ensure demonstrations and staffing.
• Support booth setup, onsite execution and post‑event follow‑up.
• Develop pre‑event promotions and attendee outreach with internal teams.
• Lead post‑event follow‑up including lead organization and CRM handoff.
• Track event budgets, invoices and performance metrics.
• Maintain calendars, vendor files and repeatable processes for the program.
• Support regional marketing meetings and conferences as needed.
