Qualifications

• RN license in New York required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with substance abuse and dual-diagnosis populations preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Relias, and electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Oversee RNs, LPNs, Pharmacy technicians, and medical assistants through supervision and coaching.
• Monitor medication administration and coordinate care plans.
• Maintain accurate and complete recording and reporting of client files.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to address patient care needs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain on-call Nursing Supervisor schedule.
• Prepare and facilitate medical case conference meetings.
• Assist in LOCATDR admissions and other treatment processes.
