Job summary
Living Well Disability Services is seeking a Staff Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing support and oversee medical services for residents in our homes in Minneapolis. This role collaborates with home managers to ensure cohesive health care within the nursing scope.
The position requires an active MN RN license, a MN driver's license, and the ability to pass a MN DHS background check. Full-time benefits are available for eligible staff and opportunities for growth exist.
Qualifications
- Must hold current RN license for Minnesota.
- Driver's license valid in Minnesota.
- Must pass MN DHS Background Study.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care and oversee medical supports in our homes.
- Partner with home managers and staff to tailor health plans.
- Supervise unlicensed staff on health-related tasks and policies.
- Develop health care profiles and nursing assessments as needed.
