Rush Street Interactive is seeking a Risk & Payments Analyst to protect our operations while ensuring a seamless customer experience. This hybrid role based in Collingswood, NJ involves working across payments, fraud prevention, and KYC processes to identify risks and improve efficiency.

You’ll review withdrawals, perform KYC, monitor activity for fraud, and support teams with payment-related inquiries. The ideal candidate has fintech/iGaming experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency

Qualificações

• Experience in payments, fraud, risk, compliance, or operations (iGaming or fintech preferred).
• Strong understanding of payment methods, chargebacks, and fraud detection.
• Familiarity with KYC/AML processes and regulatory environments is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns and assess risk.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting platforms (e.g., Looker or similar).
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsabilidades

• Review and process withdrawals and customer documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Conduct KYC verification, including review, approval, or rejection of customer-submitted documents.
• Monitor player activity to identify, investigate, and elevate potential fraud or suspicious behavior.
• Respond to escalated customer inquiries related to payments, fraud, and account activity.
• Support Customer Support and other teams with payment-related questions and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and logs in accordance with jurisdictional and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, SOPs, and all applicable regulatory standards.
• Identify trends, risks, and process gaps, and provide feedback to leadership and product teams.
• Collaborate with team members to support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Escalate complex or high-risk issues to management in a timely manner.
