Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive and review adverse event reports; manage intake and follow-up.
• Identify sentinel events and provide initial staff guidance.
• Lead investigations and prepare reports; coordinate with claims.
• Maintain RL Solutions database; analyze adverse event data.
• Ensure regulatory reporting and compliance; assist with surveys.
• Collaborate with General Counsel, Patient Advocacy, and QA teams.
• Design interventions to prevent errors; monitor action plans.
• Educate staff on risk management and liability reduction.
