A-Line Staffing Solutions LLC seeks a Risk Management Specialist (Intermediate) to support and manage risk and incident activities across regional and county levels in the Western Region. The role emphasizes data analysis, reporting, and coordination of regional meetings with a strong focus on RM/QM processes and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years in incident/risk management, and proficiency with Excel, statistics software, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or Business, or ten years in a related field.
• Minimum of two years in Incident Management / Risk Management with reporting experience.
• Knowledge of risk identification, statistics, epidemiology, data visualization, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage risk and incident management activities across regional and county levels.
• Participate in regional risk management meetings and county risk management meetings.
• Prepare RM and QM reports for committee review and draft regional IM analysis reports.
• Complete meeting minutes, review IM analysis reports, and approve/close incidents.
• Conduct Certified Investigation Peer Reviews and manage COMPASS entries.
• Provide training sessions on data warehouse, ECM, and risk/incident management.
• Provide technical assistance for the HCSIS Incident Management subsystem.
