Job summary

PAX sapiens, headquartered in Broomfield, CO, seeks a Risk Management & Contract Compliance Senior Analyst to develop and monitor policies ensuring adherence to US and foreign laws, including privacy, anti-corruption, and sanctions. The role reviews, negotiates, and monitors contracts and grant agreements under the VP, Finance & Administration.

The position is full-time, exempt, salaried, and hybrid with in-office and remote work.

Qualifications

Advanced degree or equivalent in contract management, law, risk management, or compliance.
Excellent writing skills in English.
Excellent time management and ability to juggle priorities.
Comfort with flexible working environments and role ambiguity.
Experience with MS Office.
Experience with Zoom/MS Teams platforms.

Responsibilities

Review and approve various contracts and agreements; oversee contract lifecycle activities.
Support with timely internal and external reports; monitor awards and modifications.
Interpret donor regulations and terms to ensure compliance across programs.
Negotiate terms of awards and contract modifications with the executive team.
Maintain contract documentation, templates, and records.
Roll out procurement and contract policies; train staff on compliance processes.
Develop staff capabilities and promote adherence to procedures.
