Job summary

Gallagher in San Diego seeks a Contract & Compliance Analyst to manage complex contracts, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee vendor relationships. You’ll play a key role in risk assessment, governance, and lifecycle management while supporting internal stakeholders and external partners.

This hybrid role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least three years of relevant experience; CPCM/CCCM/CCEP/CRCM/CRMP certifications are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least three years of experience.
• Experience in contract administration, compliance, risk management or related field.
• Professional certifications such as CPCM, CCCM, CCEP, CRCM, or CRMP are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, prepare, review, coordinate, and manage complex contracts, amendments, agreements, and related documents throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Ensure contracts are complete, accurate, compliant with organizational standards, and properly executed before implementation.
• Collaborate with internal departments, vendors, and external stakeholders to support contract development, review, negotiation support, and resolution of contractual issues.
• Conduct contract risk assessments and identify business, financial, operational, regulatory, and reputational risks.
• Maintain the contract management system, ensuring data integrity, document accuracy, timely updates, and reliable reporting throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Identify, evaluate, document, and communicate compliance risks, control gaps, and potential areas of vulnerability to management.
