The candidate will design and manage risk assessments, oversee the risk program with policy compliance, and develop risk reports for diverse audiences. A bachelor's degree and 3+ years relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
• Typically, 3+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Designs and manages risk management implementation, with complex risk assessments.
• Assists in oversight of the risk management program; ensures policy compliance.
• Completes variance trend analysis and provides support and justification.
• Develops and enhances risk management policies and procedures.
• Monitors and develops risk reports for different audiences.
• Performs problem management, escalation of issues as needed.
• Acts as a subject matter expert in designated Risk discipline.
• Other duties as assigned.
