Job summary

Pathward, N.A. is seeking a Risk Management professional to design, implement, and oversee the organization’s risk management program. You will analyze risks, prepare reports, and ensure policy compliance across the company.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least three years of relevant experience, with strong written and verbal communication skills. This is a hybrid position with onsite opportunities in multiple locations and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
• Typically, 3+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Designs and manages the implementation of risk management process for the organization including complex risk assessments involving analyzing risks and identifying, describing, and estimating the risks affecting the business and corporate initiatives.
• Assists in the oversight of the risk management program. Ensures compliance to the risk management policies and facilitates ongoing independent risk assessments as needed.
• Completes variance trend analysis and provides support and justification.
• Assists in the development and enhancement of the risk management policies and procedures as required.
• Monitors, reviews, and develops risk reports in an appropriate way for different audiences.
• Performs problem management, resolution, escalation of issues as necessary.
• Acts as a subject matter expert in designated Risk discipline.
• Other duties as assigned
