Job summary

Pathward is seeking an experienced risk management professional to design and implement risk processes across the organization. You will develop complex assessments, ensure regulatory compliance, and produce reports for diverse audiences.

You will escalate issues as needed and act as a subject matter expert, guiding cross-functional teams to strengthen the risk program and promote proactive governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and prioritization skills.
• Experience in risk management programs and reporting.
