Job summary

Pathward, N.A. is seeking a seasoned risk management professional to design and oversee the organization's Risk Management Program. You will report and analyze risks with tools and guidance from leadership, and develop insightful reports across the enterprise.

You will design and manage risk assessments, ensure policy compliance, monitor trends, and support escalation and problem resolution as a subject matter expert in risk. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
• Minimum of 8 years relevant experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage the implementation of risk management process for the organization including complex risk assessments.
• Assist in the oversight of the risk management program and ensure policy compliance.
• Complete variance trend analysis and provide support and justification.
• Assist in development and enhancement of risk management policies and procedures.
• Monitor, review, and develop risk reports for different audiences.
• Perform problem management, resolution, escalation of issues as necessary.
• Act as a subject matter expert in designated Risk discipline.
• Other duties as assigned.
