Job summary

QXO is seeking a detail-oriented Risk Analyst to support the day-to-day administration and coordination of our Property/Casualty Insurance Programs. In this role, you will partner closely with Risk Managers, third-party administrators, branch teams, legal partners, adjusters, and operational leaders to support claims management, reporting, risk analysis, and loss prevention efforts across the business.

Hybrid work schedule may be offered upon completion of training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in risk/finance/business/insurance or related field.
• ARM/CRIS or Insurance License preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in insurance, underwriting, risk management, or claims management.

Responsibilities

• Assist Risk Managers with day-to-day management of property/casualty claims, including workers’ compensation.
• Partner with third-party administrators to support reserve levels, settlement activity, and claim updates.
• Evaluate claim costs, identify risks, and support loss control measures to reduce liability.
