Job summary

TopBuild Corp. in Daytona Beach, FL, seeks a detail-oriented Risk Analyst to support day-to-day administration and coordination of Property/Casualty Insurance Programs. Hybrid work schedule may be offered upon completion of training.

You will partner with Risk Managers, third-party administrators, and field teams to support claims management, reporting, risk analysis, and loss prevention across the business, including workers' compensation and COI processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business, Insurance, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in insurance, underwriting, risk management, or claims management.
• Experience with general liability, auto liability, property claims, and workers' compensation claims.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day administration and coordination of Property/Casualty Insurance Programs.
• Assist Risk Managers with day-to-day management of property/casualty claims, including workers' compensation.
• Support the Contracts Management Group by ordering Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for projects per contract requirements.
• Collaborate with risk managers, third-party administrators, branch teams, and legal partners to analyze risk and prevent losses.

### **Position Location: Daytona Beach, FL**### **Hybrid work schedule may be offered upon completion of training.**QXO is seeking a detail-oriented **Risk Analyst** to support the day-to-day administration and coordination of our Property/Casualty Insurance Programs. In this role, you will partner closely with Risk Managers, third-party administrators, branch teams, legal partners, adjusters, and operational leaders to support claims management, reporting, risk analysis, and loss prevention efforts across the business.Assist Risk Managers with the day-to-day management of property/casualty claims, including workers' compensation.Support the Contracts Management Group by ordering Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for projects in accordance with contract requirements.What We're Looking For**Education:** Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business, Insurance, or a related field.**Experience:**2-5 years of experience in insurance, underwriting, risk management, or claims management.Experience with general liability, auto liability, property claims, and workers' compensation claims.Risk management and claims handling experience in a publicly traded organization preferred.Experience with construction defect, additional insured tenders, and reserve analysis preferred.Proficiency in adjusting claims and supporting claims resolution activities.### Pay Transparency StatementTo comply with Pay Transparency laws, employers must disclose an annual salary range.
