Job summary

Revo Health is seeking an entry-level Revenue Cycle Generalist in Bloomington, MN to support Billing and Reimbursement. This .75 FTE, part-time role runs Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, with potential hybrid work after training.

The position focuses on professional communications, insurance and patient payments, and document handling within a collaborative environment. Administrative experience is preferred for success.

Qualifications

• Professional communication skills for phone and email inquiries.
• Knowledge of health plan requirements and networks.
• Ability to attach documentation to refund checks and process mail.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via phone or email with professional communication.
• Maintain knowledge of health plan requirements and networks.
• Mail and attach documentation to refund checks.
• Scan and fax documents for Revenue Cycle.
• Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
• Make outbound calls to patients regarding unpaid/denied claims.
• Retrieve and distribute medical records as requested.
• Process insurance and patient payments.
• Review patient accounts for accurate payment posting.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Other duties as assigned.
