Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher is highly preferred.
• Experience leading hybrid teams with both in-office and remote staff.
• Background in developing and implementing operational procedures within a revenue cycle environment.
• Experience working with Finance, Information Systems, Clinical Operations, and external payers.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for Billing and Cash Applications within Revenue Cycle Operations.
• Oversee posting of payments, charge entry, and reconciliation of all cash activity.
• Maintain payer enrollments to ensure proper setup and ongoing compliance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Information Systems, Clinical Operations, and third-party payers to optimize reimbursement and cash flow.
• Lead day-to-day operations of billing and cash posting teams and monitor KPIs.
