Job summary

Cetera Financial Group Inc. is seeking a Retirement Counselor to design and deliver employee enrollment and education meetings for retirement plans, both at client sites and virtually.

The role requires speaking confidently to groups and individuals, with knowledge of retirement plans. Expect travel up to 50% and a base salary of $75,000–$90,000 plus performance-based bonus in Dallas, TX.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial services industry.
• Knowledge of IRS and DOL regulations relating to qualified retirement plans.
• FINRA Series 65 or 66 licensing (or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment).
• CRM software experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver and lead enrollment and education meetings for retirement plan clients on-site and virtually.
• Build relationships with plan sponsors and financial professionals.
• Coordinate with third-party partners to support education programs.
• Prepare education materials and collateral for participants.
