A leading financial services company is seeking a Retirement Counselor in Minnesota, responsible for leading employee enrollment and education meetings for retirement plans. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience in the financial services sector. This role offers a base salary of $65,000 to $85,000 plus performance bonuses, with opportunities for growth in a dedicated team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Ability to speak confidently in front of large groups.
• Willingness to obtain FINRA Series 65 or 66 licensing within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead employee enrollment and education meetings.
• Build strong relationships with plan sponsors and financial professionals.
• Prepare and conduct on-site and virtual education meetings.

Skills

Knowledge of IRS and DOL regulations

Communication skills

Client Relationship Management software experience

Education

Bachelor’s degree in relevant course of study
