JLR North America is seeking a Retailer Audit Manager in Mahwah, NJ, a hybrid role responsible for compliance within the retailer network. You will supervise auditors, validate repair claims, and support field personnel while mitigating liability. Hybrid schedule and a competitive recruitment range are provided.

The role emphasizes audit execution, policy enforcement, and leadership of a team of auditors and analysts to uphold exceptional standards across the franchise network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or related automotive discipline required.
• Certifications such as CPA, CIA, or CFE preferred.
• Experience in automotive fixed operations, dealership auditing, or OEM compliance is expected.

Responsibilities

• Audit Execution & Oversight: plan, schedule, and lead audits of retailer service departments and sales records.
• Compliance Enforcement: monitor retailer adherence to policies; initiate chargebacks for non-compliance.
• Process Improvement: analyze KPIs to identify systemic issues and root causes of deviations.
• Reporting & Advisory: compile audit reports and guide retailer staff and management on best practices.
• Team Leadership: supervise, train, and mentor staff auditors and analysts.
