Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is a leading omni-channel menswear retailer seeking an Associate Labor Management Analyst in a hybrid Houston role reporting to the Sr. Manager of Labor Management.

You will support labor models, analyze workforce data, and help optimize payroll across stores. The role involves developing staffing guidance for peak periods, monitoring KPIs, and creating reports using WFM, Excel, and BI tools, while collaborating with FP&A and Retail Operations to drive efficient labor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• 1–2 years of experience in workforce management, retail operations, finance, analytics, or a related field or internship, coursework, or project experience with data analysis preferred.
• Familiarity with Workforce Management Systems or willingness to learn.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI or similar.
• Intermediate Excel skills; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain labor models and partner with FP&A to align with payroll strategy.
• Develop seasonal staffing guidance to provide field leadership with staffing info for peak demands while managing payroll spend.
• Monitor and report on KPIs, sharing insights with stakeholders to support decision-making.
• Collect and analyze sales and payroll data to identify trends and opportunities to support labor optimization.
• Develop reports and visualizations using WFM, Excel, and BI tools.
• Support Retail Operations with data analysis and reporting.
• Weekly review of forecasts and adjustments to labor allocation to meet financial obligations.
• Track workload requests and identify appropriate periods for execution while supporting budget guidelines.
• Provide WFM system support, respond to field requests, update configurations, and address data feed errors.
• Review store operating hours for seasonal fluctuations and exceptions.
• Assist with additional projects, tasks, and reporting as needed.
