Job summary

BCG Attorney Search invites applications for a midlevel Restructuring and Insolvency Associate in Portland, OR. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of bankruptcy experience, including Chapter 11 matters and out-of-court restructurings, and holds a JD from a recognized law school.

Work with a national platform, advising debtors and creditors while collaborating with seasoned lawyers across the US. Strong writing, communication, and teamwork are essential, with bar admission in at least one US

Qualifications

• Three to five years of relevant bankruptcy experience.
• Bar admission in at least one US jurisdiction preferred but not required.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.
• Engage in state law insolvency proceedings and out-of-court restructurings.
• Collaborate with experienced lawyers across the US platform.
• Participate in avoidable transfer litigation and asset sales.
