Job summary

BCG Attorney Search invites applications for a midlevel Restructuring and Insolvency Associate in Portland, OR. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of bankruptcy experience, including Chapter 11 matters and out-of-court restructurings, and holds a JD from a recognized law school.

Work with a national platform, advising debtors and creditors while collaborating with seasoned lawyers across the US. Strong writing, communication, and teamwork are essential, with bar admission in at least one US

• Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience in bankruptcy judicial law clerk roles or as a practicing commercial bankruptcy lawyer, representing debtors and/or creditors in Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings, state law insolvency proceedings, and out-of-court restructurings.
