The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of relevant experience, a JD, and strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across the US platform.

Qualifications

• JD required and bar admission in at least one US jurisdiction.
• Three to five years of relevant restructuring and insolvency experience.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.
• Engage in state law insolvency proceedings and out-of-court restructurings.
• Collaborate with experienced lawyers across the US platform.
• Participate in avoidable transfer litigation and asset sales.
