Job summary

Accendra Health, Inc. in Spokane, WA seeks a Registered Respiratory Therapist for a hybrid role with 60% branch and 40% field work. You will perform oxygen, CPAP/BiPAP, and ventilation equipment setups, educate patients and caregivers, and support safe hospital-to-home transitions.

The role requires an active WA RT license, CPR certification, and the ability to work with diverse teams. Compensation is hourly with mileage reimbursement and on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist with an active Washington RT license.
• CPR certification required; hold licensure in good standing for states served.

Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits for oxygen, CPAP/BiPAP, and ventilation equipment setups and follow‑ups.
• Educate patients and caregivers on equipment use, cleaning, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Assess patient needs, document care delivered, and escalate concerns as needed.
• Respond to hospital discharge requests and support patient needs.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and internal branch teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation using iPad/laptop; operate respiratory care equipment.

Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
