Job summary

The Early Intervention RESPECT Keyworker position at Calderdale Youth Justice Service offers the chance to support families experiencing CAPVA by delivering evidence-based interventions with a restorative, relational approach.

Working within the Young Futures Prevention Panel and with partner agencies, you will help families access support early, reduce vulnerability, and promote positive behaviour change in a hybrid working pattern.

Responsibilities

• Support children, young people and families affected by CAPVA.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve family relationships and safety.
• Engage both young people and parents using restorative, relational and trauma-informed approaches.
• Collaborate with the Young Futures Prevention Panel Coordinator and partner agencies to access support early.
