Job summary

XPEL, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Planning Supervisor to lead a team of planners ensuring uninterrupted supply across a growing network of distribution and installation centers. You will drive end-to-end planning, stock strategies, and demand forecasting to meet service levels.

You will use Oracle NetSuite and NetStock, analyze forecast accuracy, and collaborate with Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, and Product Management within the S&OP framework.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 1 year of experience in supply-chain management or related role.
• Experience with ERP systems including Oracle NetSuite and SAP ECC.
• Experience with EOQ, Reorder Point, Safety Stock, and MRP techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain planning across distribution and installation centers.
• Manage inventory planning with stocking strategies, reorder points, safety stock, and demand alignment.
• Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical data and seasonal trends.
• Analyze forecast accuracy with KPIs (MAPE/WAPE) and adjust models.
• Oversee intercompany shipments and supplier risk assessments.
