Job summary

Franklin County Suicide Prevention Coalition (FCSPC) is seeking a Manager to coordinate day-to-day operations across committees and action teams, with a focus on member engagement, community education, and communications.

The role oversees trainings, QPR certification support, and event planning in a hybrid in-office/remote environment, reporting to the FCSPC Director. The position requires collaboration with multiple partners and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder initiatives in a nonprofit setting.
• Ability to engage diverse communities and partner organizations.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for trainings and events.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day coalition operations across committees and action teams.
• Engage members, manage communications, and support education and trainings.
• Track progress toward objectives and coordinate annual surveys and events.
• Maintain coalition bylaws, leadership transitions, and onboarding processes.
• Oversee outreach, social media, newsletters, and event presence.
• Support credentialing, evaluation data collection, and reporting.
