Job summary

Ziehm Imaging - Orthoscan Inc. in Orlando, FL is seeking a motivated Service Coordinator to join our team in a full-time capacity.

The role focuses on data entry, scheduling installations, processing return authorizations, and delivering outstanding customer service to both customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of customer service experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and preferably experience with Salesforce or ServiceMax.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2–3 years of customer service experience.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft applications.
• Salesforce or ServiceMax experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate service dispatch calls and obtain purchase orders.
• Log customer concerns and liaise between Service, Sales and Accounting departments.
• Schedule installations domestically and internationally and maintain dispatch logs.
