Job summary

Savers is seeking a QA Engineer to support our retail tech stack, including D365 Commerce, POS, and API integrations. You will design and execute tests, automate where possible, and work with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure reliable software releases.

Expect collaborative, cross-functional work in a hybrid environment at our Meridian, Idaho location, with emphasis on quality, security, and performance across shopping workflows.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices in Agile environments.
• Experience writing clear test plans and cases.
• Hands-on with automated testing tools and scripting.
• UI and API testing experience; knowledge of retail tech like D365 Commerce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements to define test scope and acceptance criteria.
• Create and maintain test plans, cases, data, and evidence.
• Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and API testing; validate discounts and promotions.
• Design, build and maintain automated tests to ensure regression coverage.
• Identify, document and track defects with steps, results, and impact; collaborate with devs and product teams.
• Coordinate testing activities, timelines, and release readiness; support test environments and CI/CD pipelines.
• Communicate testing status, risks, and blockers to stakeholders; support post-deployment validation.
