Job summary

Savers Value Village is seeking a Senior Business System Analyst in a hybrid role, primarily in Boise, Idaho, to lead Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Commerce configurations and optimizations. You will translate complex business needs into scalable D365 solutions and manage deployments, security, and testing enterprise-wide.

The ideal candidate brings deep D365 experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and vendors while driving

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on functional experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• 8–10 years of combined experience in information systems.
• Strong functional configuration knowledge of core D365 Finance modules.
• Experience designing and supporting business workflows and security models.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Configure and optimize Finance and Procurement business processes in D365 F/SCM.
• Serve as SME for D365 F/SCM, advise on best practices and improvements.
• Provide day-to-day functional support, investigate issues, and coordinate resolutions.
• Support integrations, data management, and release deployments.
