Job summary

OCH Technologies is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the single point of accountability for FAA NASEO Cybersecurity Testing and Directorate Support Services. You will coordinate with FAA CO/COR, manage schedules and budgets across task areas, and lead PMRs to ensure compliant staffing and delivery.

The role requires extensive experience in federal contracting, PMP certification, and deep knowledge of cybersecurity policy frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.
• 15+ years of experience managing technical programs and supervising staff.
• 3+ years of government contracting experience.
• Experience managing T&M and FFP/FFPLOE contracts with multiple concurrent task areas.
• PMP certification required.
• Familiarity with federal cybersecurity policy frameworks (FISMA, NIST RMF) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for FAA CO, COR, and program office on contractual matters.
• Develop and maintain the Program Management Plan (PMP), Integrated Master Schedule, and CDRLs.
• Lead quarterly Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and prepare materials and minutes.
• Manage contract budget, labor utilization, and CLIN burn rates.
• Own the Monthly Status Report (MSR) and Monthly Financial Report (MFR) and ensure timely, quality deliverables.
