Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Masters degree in Computer Science, business or related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 6 years information systems experience.
• Minimum 4 years analysis and design experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads design, development, maintenance and modernization of mainframe applications.
• Provides technical leadership and oversees complex development efforts.
• Ensures stability and scalability of critical systems.
• Develops and maintains documentation of workflows and designs.
• Mentors team members and coaches staff.
