raSmith is a growing multi-disciplinary civil, structural engineering, and land surveying firm with over 45 years of experience, serving clients nationwide from offices in Wisconsin, Illinois, and California. We seek a Land Survey Project Manager in Naperville, IL, to lead surveys in our Survey Services division and mentor team members.

The role requires an Illinois P.L.S with at least five years as a project manager and field survey experience; AutoCAD Civil 3D and MS Office proficiency are

Qualifications

• Illinois P.L.S license required.
• Minimum five years' experience as a project manager.
• Five years' field survey experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and MS Office.
• BS in Survey or Civil Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess project requirements and develop a sound approach; stamp/sign surveys as Surveyor in Responsible Charge.
• Prepare and review proposals, budgets and invoices; mentor team and provide training; Right of way plat experience preferred.
• Maintain client relationships and supervise compliance with specifications.
• Other duties as assigned.
