Quorum Software, a leader in energy tech, is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Finance team. You will partner with Sales and Marketing to provide data-driven insights, support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for new sales initiatives.

Hybrid work is available in Houston or Dallas locations, with remote options for Austin plus travel as needed. The role emphasizes analytics, automation, and cross-functional collaboration to influence strategic decisions.

Competenze

BA/BS degree in relevant field.
2-4 years of Financial Planning & Analysis experience.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
Experience with ERP/planning software and data visualization tools.
Experience with AI tooling to drive automation.

Mansioni

Maintain and build sales analytic and forecasting models for new sales forecasting.
Perform variance, trend, product mix and pipeline analyses to drive decision making.
Design, develop and deliver reports and dashboards with critical insights.
Build validation and error-checking into models and reports.
Support annual budget process by updating the new sales budget model.
Forecast expenses for Sales and Marketing including commissions modelling.
Prepare materials for Sales Leaders and Exec Leadership.
Identify and automate repetitive reporting to reduce turnaround time.
Review and improve data organization and modelling processes.
