Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead development of risk governance frameworks aligned with SR 15-18/19 and SR 11-7.
• Implement enterprise control self-testing and issues management for banking operations.
• Develop risk reporting packages for board and executives across risk categories.
• Collaborate to strengthen model risk management, AI governance, and third-party risk.
• Partner with compliance, audit, legal, and business leaders for regulatory readiness.
• Develop and evolve risk metrics and create stakeholder reports.
