Qualifications

• 6–10 years of progressive experience in sales within the CPG industry.
• Experience owning a major customer.
• Exposure to category management, shopper marketing, retail, and other sales sub-functions.
• Proven ability to achieve breakthrough results.
• Strong team leadership and management skills.
• Ability to attract, develop and maintain high performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead team in development and management of an annualized business plan.
• Activate strong category insights and shopper activity.
• Support sales process activities and problem solve with KAM.
• Participate in joint business planning with customers and internal teams.
• Ensure internal stakeholders are engaged to drive customer success.
• Forecast/demand accuracy and adjust plans based on volume.
• Oversee trade spending and promotional programs.
• Provide ad-hoc reports and leadership presentations.
• Ensure in-store execution meets expectations.
• Develop and maintain a JBP with customer leadership quarterly.
