Job summary

Carnival Cruise Lines seeks a Contract Management Specialist to support the contract lifecycle within the Global Sourcing team in South Florida. You will draft, review, negotiate and route contracts for approvals and signatures, ensuring compliance with policies and proper workflows.

You will partner with internal stakeholders—legal, tax, risk, data privacy, and supply chain—and maintain the contract repository and related reporting for renewals and terminations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in business, law, supply chain or related field; Associate minimum.
• 5+ years of corporate contract management experience with CMS tools.
• Experience with MS 365, Teams, SharePoint and contract repositories.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract lifecycle from initiation to renewal/termination.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and route for approvals and signatures.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, tax, risk and supplier teams.
• Produce reporting on contract status, renewals, and termination dates.
• Maintain accurate contract records and support process improvements.
