Northwest Center is hiring an Employment Support Professional to help adults and high school students with IDD find and maintain employment. You will meet clients in homes and worksites, provide advocacy, and support their career paths in a community-based, hybrid-remote role.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a disability-focused human services field or related work.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Valid Driver's license and access to personal transportation.
• Flexible schedule to support clients including occasional weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding support to clients facing complex barriers to employment.
• Empower adults and students with IDD to reach their employment goals.
• Assist with resume writing, interview prep, on-site training, and benefits planning.
• Represent Northwest Center at outreach events and build relationships with local employers.
