Job summary

Banner Life Insurance Company, within our Retirement division, seeks a Delivery Coordinator to drive successful release delivery across business and technology initiatives. This role coordinates release activities, supports Agile delivery, maintains project documentation, and tracks issues and risks while collaborating across business, operations, IT, QA, and vendors.

This hybrid role is based in Frederick, MD with a target bonus of 5% and a base pay range of $70,000–$90,000.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years in release coordination, business analysis, or project coordination.
• Working knowledge of SDLC principles.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using project tracking tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Smartsheet or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support software release activities across multiple projects.
• Maintain release schedules, deployment trackers, and delivery milestones.
• Support release readiness reviews and deployment planning activities.
• Coordinate post-release validation activities and issue tracking.
• Monitor release dependencies, risks, and action items.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track project deliverables and dependencies.
• Provide status updates and follow-up on assigned actions.
