Job summary

Banner Life Insurance Company is seeking a Delivery Coordinator for the Pension Risk Transfer (PRT) division. You will coordinate release activities, support Agile delivery, maintain project docs, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration across business, IT, and vendor teams.

The ideal candidate has 5–6 years in release coordination or related roles, strong SDLC/Agile experience, and excellent communication skills. Hybrid role based in Frederick, MD with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5–6 years of experience in Release Coordination or related roles.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and agile delivery environments.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support software release activities across multiple projects.
• Maintain release schedules, deployment trackers, and delivery milestones.
• Support release readiness reviews and deployment planning activities.
• Coordinate post-release validation activities and issue tracking.
• Track project deliverables, dependencies, risks, and action items.
• Prepare dashboards and project metrics for stakeholders.
