U.S. Bank in Colorado Springs is seeking a Float Relationship Banker to build trusted customer relationships across multiple branches. The role involves in-person, scheduled, and virtual interactions to deliver financial guidance with a digital-first mindset.

As an experienced banker, you will adapt to various branch environments, help staff coverage, share best practices, and coach less experienced bankers while ensuring a consistent client experience across the market.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of job-related retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4–5+ years of job-related retail banking experience or equivalent training.

Responsabilités

• Build and strengthen customer relationships across branches to deliver trusted financial guidance.
• Educate customers on deposit and lending products and services, addressing their financial needs.
• Provide coaching and on-the-job support to less experienced bankers and adapt to different branch environments.
• Cover branches located in Colorado Springs, Peyton and Fountain while meeting staffing needs.
