Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Float Relationship Banker to build trusted customer relationships across multiple branches in Colorado Springs, Peyton, and Fountain.

The role involves in-person and virtual customer interactions, guiding clients toward appropriate deposit and lending solutions while supporting branch teams with flexibility and coaching. Qualified candidates will have NMLS registration, a high school diploma, and 4–5+ years of retail banking experience.

Qualifications

• NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, with ongoing regulatory checks.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Four to five or more years of job-related retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Builds and strengthens customer relationships while providing flexible support across multiple branch locations.
• Engages customers in-person, via appointments, and through virtual channels to deliver financial guidance with a digital-first mindset.
• Addresses banking needs by educating customers on deposit and lending products and recommending suitable financial solutions.
• Covers branches in Colorado Springs, Peyton, and Fountain with occasional driving.
