Job summary

Qualifications

Actively pursuing a graduate degree in RM&I, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Pre-Law, or related field.
Minimum 3.0 GPA or higher.
College level – Junior or Senior with graduation between Dec 2027 and May 2028.
Strong ability to understand financial statements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong presentation/public speaking ability.
Strong analytical skillset and problem-solving mindset.
Entrepreneurial spirit and continuous learner.
Team player who collaborates effectively and can work independently.

Responsibilities

Assist with oversight and management of claim files for Arch Insurance products.
Understand terms and conditions of Arch’s insurance products.
Understand processes to support best-in-class claim handling for Arch’s customers.
Gain exposure to claims from different lines of business.
Contribute to completing claims-related projects and tasks during the internship.
