Job summary

Hard Rock Digital is seeking a Real-Time Analyst (RTA) to monitor betting activity, identify pricing inefficiencies, and mitigate risk to protect margin and profitability across our sportsbook. You will work closely with Trading and Player Optimisation, making data-driven decisions in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment, including weekends and unsocial hours as needed.

This role demands sharp attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication as you help maintain market

Qualifications

• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to make data-driven risk assessments.
• Experience using analytics/visualization tools to monitor and interpret data.
• Ability to identify issues quickly and communicate insights across teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and mitigate sportsbook margin leaks in real time, including pricing discrepancies.
• Analyze betting patterns and risk exposure using analytics tools.
• Collaborate with Player Optimisation to balance risk and growth.
• Apply trading expertise to market analysis and develop new trading strategies.
• Maintain accurate bet notation and stay current on market trends across sports.
