Qualifications

• BA/BS in a relevant field.
• 5–7 years or equivalent experience in regulatory field.
• Experience in regulatory filings.
• Occasional overnight travel and extensive overtime required.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and edit regulatory case filings with concise, well-organized messaging.
• Coordinate with senior management and subject-matter experts to align filings with company strategy.
• Prepare supporting testimony for regulatory proceedings, rulemaking and hearings.
• Assist with drafting discovery responses and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Develop key messages for presentations to regulators and legislative committees.
• Assist witnesses in developing pre-filed testimony.
