Qualifications

• BA/BS.
• Five to seven years or equivalent experience in regulatory field.
• Specific experience in dealing with regulatory filings required.
• Occasional overnight travel and extensive overtime required.
• Must be proficient in use MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop, compile and edit regulatory filings; provide clear written explanations of complex issues and advocate company positions with regulators.
• Develop, compile and edit large, complex filings; coordinate across multiple projects and teams.
• Assist with drafting of discovery responses; ensure responses are appropriate to questions.
• Develop key messages for presentations to regulatory agencies and legislative committees; prepare internal presentations.
