Kraft Heinz is seeking a Senior Manager, Food Regulatory to lead regulatory guidance for Hydration, Desserts, and Meals. The role oversees ingredient safety, labeling, claims, and substantiation while coordinating cross-functional teams to enable compliant product commercialization.

Hybrid work arrangement requires 3 onsite days weekly at Pittsburgh, PA or Chicago, IL areas, with leadership responsibilities spanning multiple sites and a focus on strategic, scalable regulatory solutions.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Food Science or related field with 7–10 years of US regulatory experience.
• Deep knowledge of FDA/USDA labeling, ingredient safety, and product claims.
• Proven leadership of hybrid teams across multiple locations.
• Ability to translate regulatory complexity into practical business guidance.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop the regulatory team for Hydration, Desserts & Meals.
• Provide strategic regulatory advice aligned with FDA/USDA requirements.
• Oversee regulatory support for product commercialization and labeling.
• Lead urgent regulatory responses including label emergencies and temporary approvals.
• Coordinate workflows to ensure strong regulatory support across priorities.
• Partner with R&D, Marketing, Legal, QA, Operations, and Product Development.
• Shape strategy and scalable working practices across the organization.
